Mission
We cultivate a mindset in people affected by disabilities to break through barriers and elevate their lives and communities.
What We Do
We offer transformative programs that show those affected by disability how to cultivate and apply the No Barriers mindset in their lives and the lives of those around them.
People affected by disability of any kind, including those who have disabilities, the family members who care for them, and the communities and organizations that support them.
Who We Serve
How We Do It
Using our measured and tested Life Elements framework, we offer multi-phase programs in cohorts of 10-12 participants. Our programs are organized by affinity and consist of three phases. Phase I and Phase II are virtual, and Phase II is centred on an in-person experience anchored in outdoor activities. We strive to host 10-15 cohorts per year, as funding allows.
